Desigual to hiszpańska marka, która powstała w 1984 roku. Od kilku lat charakterystyczne kolorowe, patchworkowe ubrania mogą też kupić Polacy. Rozwojem marki nad Wisłą zajmuje się firma Majka Reinhardt. Na świecie Desigual ma prawie 800 salonów, w Polsce natomiast 7 (oraz dwa cornery). W ubiegłym roku nie powstał ani jeden nowy. Dlaczego?
– W związku z tym, że zmienił się projekt sklepów firmowych, na rok 2017 wszystkie otwarcia sklepów były wstrzymane – wyjaśnia Bartłomiej Reinhardt, współwłaściciel firmy Majka Reinhardt. – Obecnie jesteśmy w trakcie selekcji lokalizacji oraz partnerów. Do końca 2018 roku planujemy otwarcie 3-5 sklepów firmowych w Krakowie, Zakopanem, Szczecinie, Bydgoszczy oraz w innych miastach.

Marka poszukuje franczyzobiorców głównie w miastach powiatowych oraz turystycznych. Kandydaci powinni mieć doświadczenie w handlu lub prowadzić już działalność w galerii handlowej.
– Marka Desigual jest marką premium. Dlatego na salon potrzebny jest lokal w najlepszej lokalizacji w danym centrum handlowym, wśród sklepów, które mają podobną półkę cenową – podkreśla Bartłomiej Reinhardt.

Inwestycja nie jest niska, bo według szacunków licencjodawcy wynosi 850 euro za m2 – co przy sklepie wielkości 80 m2 daje ok. 285 tys. zł. Dobra wiadomość jest taka, że firma Desigual może pokryć do 50 proc. wydatków. Nie ma opłaty za przystąpienie do sieci ani żadnych opłat bieżących. Natomiast franczyzobiorca pokrywa koszty zatowarowania, bo Desigual nie działa w modelu depozytowym (w którym towar jest własnością franczyzodawcy, a biorca licencji zarabia na prowizji od sprzedaży). Franczyzodawca zapewnia, że zwrotu z inwestycji można oczekiwać po trzech latach działalności sklepu.

W ubiegłym roku odzieżowa marka Desigual wstrzymała otwarcia nowych sklepów. Skąd taka decyzja i czy teraz coś się zmieni?

Desigual to hiszpańska marka, która powstała w 1984 roku. Od kilku lat charakterystyczne kolorowe, patchworkowe ubrania mogą też kupić Polacy. Rozwojem marki nad Wisłą zajmuje się firma Majka Reinhardt. Na świecie Desigual ma prawie 800 salonów, w Polsce natomiast 7 (oraz dwa cornery). W ubiegłym roku nie powstał ani jeden nowy. Dlaczego?
– W związku z tym, że zmienił się projekt sklepów firmowych, na rok 2017 wszystkie otwarcia sklepów były wstrzymane – wyjaśnia Bartłomiej Reinhardt, współwłaściciel firmy Majka Reinhardt. – Obecnie jesteśmy w trakcie selekcji lokalizacji oraz partnerów. Do końca 2018 roku planujemy otwarcie 3-5 sklepów firmowych w Krakowie, Zakopanem, Szczecinie, Bydgoszczy oraz w innych miastach.

Marka poszukuje franczyzobiorców głównie w miastach powiatowych oraz turystycznych. Kandydaci powinni mieć doświadczenie w handlu lub prowadzić już działalność w galerii handlowej.
– Marka Desigual jest marką premium. Dlatego na salon potrzebny jest lokal w najlepszej lokalizacji w danym centrum handlowym, wśród sklepów, które mają podobną półkę cenową – podkreśla Bartłomiej Reinhardt.

Inwestycja nie jest niska, bo według szacunków licencjodawcy wynosi 850 euro za m2 – co przy sklepie wielkości 80 m2 daje ok. 285 tys. zł. Dobra wiadomość jest taka, że firma Desigual może pokryć do 50 proc. wydatków. Nie ma opłaty za przystąpienie do sieci ani żadnych opłat bieżących. Natomiast franczyzobiorca pokrywa koszty zatowarowania, bo Desigual nie działa w modelu depozytowym (w którym towar jest własnością franczyzodawcy, a biorca licencji zarabia na prowizji od sprzedaży). Franczyzodawca zapewnia, że zwrotu z inwestycji można oczekiwać po trzech latach działalności sklepu.
