Kandydaci na franczyzobiorców Pierre Cardin powinni być osobami z pasją, lubiącymi swoją pracę i aktywnie zaangażowanymi w sprawy mody. – Aby sprostać wyzwaniom, jakie niesie za sobą prowadzenie sklepu franczyzowego naszej marki, od kandydatów wymagamy kilkuletniego doświadczenia w prowadzeniu biznesu, najchętniej w branży odzieżowej lub pokrewnej, bardzo dobrej znajomości technik sprzedaży, zdolności organizacyjnych i przywódczych. Oczekujemy również gotowości do wzięcia udziału w szkoleniach oraz ciągłego poszerzania wiedzy z zakresu sprzedaży i zarządzania personelem – mówi Małgorzata Zagdańska.
Całkowita kwota inwestycji w sklep Pierre Cardin zależy od wybranego modelu współpracy. Jeśli będzie to klasyczna franczyza, w której franczyzobiorca jest zobowiązany kupić towar, wyniesie ona mniej więcej 750 tys. zł. W przypadku franczyzy depozytowej, kiedy towar jest własnością franczyzodawcy, inwestycja spada do 350 tys.zł.
W zamian franczyzobiorca otrzmuje know how prowadzenia sklepu, jego wyposażenie: meble, manekiny, wszystkie materiały związane z visual merchandising. – W naszej gestii leżą także narzędzia marketingowe, nauka profesjonalnego zarządzanie, szkolenia personelu z zakresu obsługi klienta, sprzedaży oraz technik zarządczych. Służymy także wsparciem w negocjacjach przy najmie lokalu – wylicza Małgorzata Zagdańska. Rentowność sklepu uzyskuje się już w pierwszym roku prowadzonia działalności, natomiast zwrot z inwestycji po pięciu latach.
Pierre Cardin planuje w Polsce ciągły rozwój.
