Obie modowe marki należą do Grupy Vistula (oprócz nich grupa jest też właścicielem brandu Deni Cler oraz marki jubilerskiej W.Kruk; obecnie jest w ostatniej fazie fuzji z firmą Bytom). Pod szyldem Vistuli działa 139 salonów (w tym 50 franczyzowych) oraz 134 butiki Wólczanki (w tym 42 franczyzowe).
–  W tym roku otworzyliśmy dziewięć salonów Vistuli oraz sześć butików Wólczanki, do końca 2018 planujemy jeszcze kolejnych 10 otwarć – mówi Ewa Piwowarczyk, menedżer ds. franczyzy Vistula Group. – Obecnie poszukujemy partnerów biznesowych, którzy gotowi są do prowadzenia własnego salonu w miastach poniżej 100 tys. mieszkańców.
Placówki franczyzowe obu marek otwierane są w miastach, gdzie dotąd nie było sklepów pod tymi szyldami. Preferowaną lokalizacją są centra handlowe.
– Przede wszystkim ze względu na wygodę naszych klientów, łatwy dojazd i dostęp do szerokiego asortymentu, jaki oferują galerie – wyjaśnia Ewa Piwowarczyk. –  Nasi klienci, wybierając jeden z produktów z naszej oferty, czy jest nim garnitur czy też koszula, często poszukują jeszcze produktów uzupełniających ich out fit.

Przewidywana suma inwestycji dla salonu Vistuli wynosi maksymalnie 2,9 tys. zł za 1 m2. W przypadku butiku Wólczanki to o 1 tys. zł więcej, czyli 3,9 tys. zł za 1 m2. Na salon Vistuli potrzebny jest lokal o metrażu 90-130 m2. Dla sklepu Wólczanki wymagany metraż to 25-40 m2.
– Największym i jednym z najbardziej istotnych wyzwań podczas uruchamiania salonu jest negocjacja odpowiedniej stawki czynszowej w centrach handlowych – nie ukrywa Ewa Piwowarczyk. – W tym zakresie przyszły franczyzobiorca może liczyć na wsparcie ze strony spółki.

Jednorazowa opłata za przystąpienie do sieci wynosi 10 tys. zł. Franczyzodawca zapewnia pomoc w znalezieniu lokalizacji i gotowy project aranżacji wnętrza. Oprócz tego także m.in. sprzęt komputerowy z oprogramowaniem, system szkoleń, wsparcie marketingowe, dostęp do narzedzi sprzedażowych, opiekę regionalnego menedżera sprzedaży.
– Franczyzobiorcy zobowiązani są do prowadzenia salonów oraz butików zgodnie z naszymi standardami. Zależy nam, aby punkty franczyzowe nie odbiegały profesjonalizmem od naszych salonów firmowych – podkreśla Ewa Piwowarczyk. – W zamian za współpracę partnerowi oferujemy prowizję od sprzedaży, w wysokości nie mniej niż 30 proc. od obrotu miesięcznego.

Franczyzodawca Vistuli i Wólczanki szuka licencjobiorców w miastach poniżej 100 tys. mieszkańców.

Obie modowe marki należą do Grupy Vistula (oprócz nich grupa jest też właścicielem brandu Deni Cler oraz marki jubilerskiej W.Kruk; obecnie jest w ostatniej fazie fuzji z firmą Bytom). Pod szyldem Vistuli działa 139 salonów (w tym 50 franczyzowych) oraz 134 butiki Wólczanki (w tym 42 franczyzowe).
–  W tym roku otworzyliśmy dziewięć salonów Vistuli oraz sześć butików Wólczanki, do końca 2018 planujemy jeszcze kolejnych 10 otwarć – mówi Ewa Piwowarczyk, menedżer ds. franczyzy Vistula Group. – Obecnie poszukujemy partnerów biznesowych, którzy gotowi są do prowadzenia własnego salonu w miastach poniżej 100 tys. mieszkańców.
Placówki franczyzowe obu marek otwierane są w miastach, gdzie dotąd nie było sklepów pod tymi szyldami. Preferowaną lokalizacją są centra handlowe.
– Przede wszystkim ze względu na wygodę naszych klientów, łatwy dojazd i dostęp do szerokiego asortymentu, jaki oferują galerie – wyjaśnia Ewa Piwowarczyk. –  Nasi klienci, wybierając jeden z produktów z naszej oferty, czy jest nim garnitur czy też koszula, często poszukują jeszcze produktów uzupełniających ich out fit.

Przewidywana suma inwestycji dla salonu Vistuli wynosi maksymalnie 2,9 tys. zł za 1 m2. W przypadku butiku Wólczanki to o 1 tys. zł więcej, czyli 3,9 tys. zł za 1 m2. Na salon Vistuli potrzebny jest lokal o metrażu 90-130 m2. Dla sklepu Wólczanki wymagany metraż to 25-40 m2.
– Największym i jednym z najbardziej istotnych wyzwań podczas uruchamiania salonu jest negocjacja odpowiedniej stawki czynszowej w centrach handlowych – nie ukrywa Ewa Piwowarczyk. – W tym zakresie przyszły franczyzobiorca może liczyć na wsparcie ze strony spółki.

Jednorazowa opłata za przystąpienie do sieci wynosi 10 tys. zł. Franczyzodawca zapewnia pomoc w znalezieniu lokalizacji i gotowy project aranżacji wnętrza. Oprócz tego także m.in. sprzęt komputerowy z oprogramowaniem, system szkoleń, wsparcie marketingowe, dostęp do narzedzi sprzedażowych, opiekę regionalnego menedżera sprzedaży.
– Franczyzobiorcy zobowiązani są do prowadzenia salonów oraz butików zgodnie z naszymi standardami. Zależy nam, aby punkty franczyzowe nie odbiegały profesjonalizmem od naszych salonów firmowych – podkreśla Ewa Piwowarczyk. – W zamian za współpracę partnerowi oferujemy prowizję od sprzedaży, w wysokości nie mniej niż 30 proc. od obrotu miesięcznego.
