Ile na start?

Franczyzodawca nie pobiera opłat za przystąpienie do sieci. Koszty, które ponosi franczyzobiorca są związane z przygotowaniem lokalu. Wymagana powierzchnia salonu wynosi od 50 m2 do 70 m2. Wykończenie lokalu wiąże się z wydatkiem w wysokości 600-800 zł za metr kwadratowy. Franczyzodawca przekazuje partnerom nieodpłatnie sprzęt komputerowy, pełne wyposażenie witryn, plakaty i inne materiały reklamowe. Mogą oni również liczyć na bieżące wsparcie w codziennej pracy.

Marka Esotiq obecnie posiada 263 salony franczyzowe, w tym 55 własnych. –  Nadal najważniejsza dla grupy jest jej rentowność. Oczekujemy dalszego dynamicznego wzrostu sprzedaży i rozwoju sieci salonów, ale będziemy skupiać się na najlepszych lokalizacjach. Jakość jest dla nas ważniejsza niż ilość – mówi Adam Skrzypek, prezes Esotiq & Henderson.

– Przystąpienie do sieci na zasadzie franczyzy nie wymaga dużego kapitału. System franczyzowy Esotiq kładzie bardzo duży nacisk na wsparcie sprzedaży swoich franczyzobiorców. W jaki sposób? Ile na start?

Franczyzodawca nie pobiera opłat za przystąpienie do sieci. Koszty, które ponosi franczyzobiorca są związane z przygotowaniem lokalu. Wymagana powierzchnia salonu wynosi od 50 m2 do 70 m2. Wykończenie lokalu wiąże się z wydatkiem w wysokości 600-800 zł za metr kwadratowy. Franczyzodawca przekazuje partnerom nieodpłatnie sprzęt komputerowy, pełne wyposażenie witryn, plakaty i inne materiały reklamowe. Mogą oni również liczyć na bieżące wsparcie w codziennej pracy.

Franczyzodawca proponuje swoim partnerom również inny koncept modowy – Femestage. Lokale pod tym szyldem są większe. Ich powierzchnia sięga 120-150 m2. Koszt inwestycji związany z aranżacją salonu wynosi ok. 2,5 tys. zł za 1 m2. Firma najchętniej przystaje na otwarcie salonów w miastach, powyżej 20 tys. mieszkańców.

Wygoda przede wszystkim

Franczyzobiorcy nie ponoszą wydatków na zatowarowanie, bo franczyza Esotiq działa w oparciu o model depozytowy. Towar pozostaje własnością franczyzodawcy aż do momentu zakupu przez klienta, a partnerzy zarabiają na prowizji od sprzedaży. Marka zapewnia ciągłość obsługi – od aranżacji lokalu po bieżące wsparcie. – Zakłada ono ciągłą współpracę danego salonu franczyzowego z regionalnym kierownikiem sprzedaży, który regularnie odwiedza salon i raportuje każdą wizytę. Jesteśmy elastyczni względem indywidualnych pomysłów naszych partnerów, jeśli chcą angażować się na swoim lokalnym rynku w różne inicjatywy czy eventy – dodaje Sobotka.
