7 grudnia 2018 r. CCC ogłosiło wezwanie na 100 proc. akcji Gino Rossi oraz podpisało umowę nabycia od PKO Banku Polskiego wierzytelności Gino Rossi z tytułu umów kredytowych spółki. Intencją CCC jest przeprowadzenie restrukturyzacji Gino Rossi i zabezpieczenie finansów firmy.

Liczymy, że ogłoszone wezwanie, nabycie wierzytelności kredytowych Gino Rossi oraz konstruktywna postawa pozostałych wierzycieli spółki pozwolą nam zabezpieczyć dalsze funkcjonowanie firmy. Zamierzamy wspólnie z zarządem Gino Rossi poprawić sytuację finansową, zwiększyć wykorzystanie mocy produkcyjnych spółki w jej fabrykach w Polsce, utrzymać obecne miejsca pracy oraz wzmocnić markę i firmę. Szansa na ratunek
27 grudnia 2018 r. wpłynął wniosek o przyjęciu Gino Rossi do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Teraz urząd musi zbadać sprawę i wydać stosowną decyzję.
– W ocenie zgłaszającego, planowana transakcja nie doprowadzi do istotnego ograniczenia konkurencji na żadnym z zaangażowanych rynków. Koncentracja nie odbędzie się też ze szkodą dla konsumentów. Konsumenci nie odczują żadnej zmiany na rynku, bowiem zamiarem uczestników koncentracji jest zachowanie dotychczasowej marki Gino Rossi – czytamy w komunikacie wysłanym do mediów.
UOKiK podał, że z uwagi na trudną sytuację finansową Gino Rossi i zagrożenie utraty płynności finansowej, planowane działanie może okazać się jedyną szansą na dalszą obecność marki na rynku obuwniczym.

Grupa CCC zajmuje się detaliczną sprzedażą obuwia, zarówno przez sklepy stacjonarne, jak i internetowe. Spółka sprzedaje przede wszystkim obuwie pod własnymi markami, m.in. Lasocki i Sprandi. Spółka jest notowana na warszawskiej giełdzie od 2004 roku.

Spółka CCC coraz bliżej przejęcia Gino Rossi. Firma złożyła do UOKiK wniosek w sprawie nabycia znanej marki obuwniczej.

7 grudnia 2018 r. CCC ogłosiło wezwanie na 100 proc. akcji Gino Rossi oraz podpisało umowę nabycia od PKO Banku Polskiego wierzytelności Gino Rossi z tytułu umów kredytowych spółki. Intencją CCC jest przeprowadzenie restrukturyzacji Gino Rossi i zabezpieczenie finansów firmy.
– Przejęcie Gino Rossi to rozszerzenie naszej dotychczasowej współpracy. Liczymy, że ogłoszone wezwanie, nabycie wierzytelności kredytowych Gino Rossi oraz konstruktywna postawa pozostałych wierzycieli spółki pozwolą nam zabezpieczyć dalsze funkcjonowanie firmy. Zamierzamy wspólnie z zarządem Gino Rossi poprawić sytuację finansową, zwiększyć wykorzystanie mocy produkcyjnych spółki w jej fabrykach w Polsce, utrzymać obecne miejsca pracy oraz wzmocnić markę i firmę. Jeżeli wezwanie zakończy się pozytywnie, naszą intencją będzie dalsza integracja Gino Rossi z Grupą CCC i zaoferowanie produktów tej marki w sklepach naszej grupy w całym regionie CEE i Europie Zachodniej – mówi Dariusz Miłek, prezes zarządu Grupy CCC.

Szansa na ratunek
27 grudnia 2018 r. wpłynął wniosek o przyjęciu Gino Rossi do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Teraz urząd musi zbadać sprawę i wydać stosowną decyzję.
– W ocenie zgłaszającego, planowana transakcja nie doprowadzi do istotnego ograniczenia konkurencji na żadnym z zaangażowanych rynków. Koncentracja nie odbędzie się też ze szkodą dla konsumentów. Konsumenci nie odczują żadnej zmiany na rynku, bowiem zamiarem uczestników koncentracji jest zachowanie dotychczasowej marki Gino Rossi – czytamy w komunikacie wysłanym do mediów.
UOKiK podał, że z uwagi na trudną sytuację finansową Gino Rossi i zagrożenie utraty płynności finansowej, planowane działanie może okazać się jedyną szansą na dalszą obecność marki na rynku obuwniczym.

Grupa CCC zajmuje się detaliczną sprzedażą obuwia, zarówno przez sklepy stacjonarne, jak i internetowe. Spółka sprzedaje przede wszystkim obuwie pod własnymi markami, m.in. Lasocki i Sprandi. Spółka jest notowana na warszawskiej giełdzie od 2004 roku.
