Obecnie pod logo Yasumi prosperuje ponad 100 Instytutów Zdrowia i Urody, SPA oraz gabinetów specjalizujących się w depilacji. Większość z nich mieści się w dużych i średnich miastach. Dlatego Yasumi postanowiło stworzyć projekt skierowany do inwestorów, którzy chcą uruchomić biznes w miastach liczących do 40 tys. mieszkańców. Projekt dotyczy również niedużych miast skupionych wokół dużych aglomeracji.
– Beauty Point to w założeniu gabinety, które umożliwią zadbanie o urodę mieszkańcom małych miast bez konieczności wyjazdu do większego miasta. Klient Yasumi Beauty Point może skorzystać z zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych twarzy i ciała, modelowania sylwetki, usuwania owłosienia, pielęgnacji dłoni i stóp – mówi Edyta Gabryś, koordynator projektu Yasumi Beauty Point.
Potencjalny franczyzobiorca Yasumi Beauty Point powinien poszukać lokalu, najlepiej o powierzchni minimum 70 m2, z możliwością wydzielenia trzech pomieszczeń zabiegowych. Za kwotę 59 tys. zł franczyzobiorca otrzyma urządzania do wykonywania zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych na twarz i ciało, pakiet kosmetyków oraz urządzeń do pielęgnacji domowej, pakiet materiałów marketingowych, pomoc w aranżacji lokalu. W prowadzeniu biznesu wspomogą go zagwarantowane szkolenia Yasumi College dla pracowników. Nowy przedsiębiorca może też liczyć na pomoc w rekrutacji personelu. Co ważne, nie wszystkie urządzania franczyzobiorca musi kupić natychmiast, może stopniowo zwiększać ofertę zabiegową, korzystając z dogodnych pakietów leasingowych oraz wynajmu długoterminowego.
Yasumi szuka również franczyzobiorców dla swojego flagowego konceptu. Aby zostać licencjobiorcą marki Yasumi Instytut Zdrowia i Urody, nie trzeba mieć doświadczenia w branży beauty.
– Obowiązkiem inwestora jest przede wszystkim zarządzanie biznesem, musi on znać się na ludziach. Zabiegi wykonuje bowiem wykształcony kierunkowo personel. Przed otwarciem Instytutu inwestor wraz z personelem przechodzi w Yasumi wszystkie niezbędne szkolenia, zarówno z obsługi urządzeń oraz marketingu – wyjaśnia Marzena Pawlik, dyrektor ds. sprzedaży programów sieci Yasumi.
Właściciele sieci szacują, że na rozpoczęcie działalności pod logo Yasumi Instytut Zdrowia i Urody potrzebne jest minimum 200 tys. zł netto. Jako że sieć nie pobiera opłaty wstępnej, całość środków przeznaczana jest na zakup sprzętu potrzebnego do wyposażenia salonu. Po stronie licencjobiorcy pozostaje jeszcze zakup lub wynajem lokalu oraz zaaranżowanie go zgodnie ze standardami sieci. Franczyzodawca deklaruje pomoc na każdym etapie współpracy.
Preferowaną lokalizacją dla Instytutu Zdrowia i Urody są miasta powyżej 60 tys. mieszkańców. Najlepiej, aby lokal, w którym będzie znajdował się Instytut, miał co najmniej 100 m2 (by można było wydzielić w nim co najmniej cztery gabinety zabiegowe). Wynajem większego pomieszczenia umożliwia świadczenie większej liczby usług. Pożądane cechy lokalu to wejście od ulicy, duże witryny, wygodny parking.
