- Złożyliśmy wniosek o wszczęcie postępowania układowego z wierzycielami - poinformował nas Mariusz Ostrowski, prezes Multisofu. Multisoft zarządzał dwiema sieciami franchisingowymi - Max & Max i U szewczyka.

Jeszcze w 2002 roku firma Multisoft odnosiła spektakularne sukcesy - w ciągu roku udało jej się otworzyć ponad 20 supermarketów obuwniczych Max & Max. Potem w wyniku błędów w zatowarowaniu i koncepcji finansowania firmy nadszedł kryzys. (O kłopotach firmy szerzej pisaliśmy w 3 numerze magazynu Franchising Info).
- Jeżeli nie porozumiemy się z wierzycielami, będziemy musieli ogłosić upadłość – poinformował nas teraz Mariusz Ostrowski.
- Zarządzający firmą Multisoft popełnili istotne błędy w rozwoju sieci – uważa Michał Wiśniewski, dyrektor analiz PROFIT system. – Utworzenie sieci MAX & MAX przy braku doświadczenia w zarządzaniu sklepami wielkopowierzchniowymi ujawniło słabości firmy (sklepy U szewczyka były małymi sklepami miejskimi). Multisoft nie był w stanie zapewnić odpowiednio dużo atrakcyjnego asortymentu, aby utrzymać sklep o powierzchni 1000 metrów.
