Na początek kwietnia 2006 r. planowane jest przyjęcie pierwszych gości do Hotelu SPA Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie na Mazurach k. Wysokiej Wsi (Wzgórza Dylewskie). Wiele wskazuje na to, że inwestorowi uda się dotrzymać terminu. Budowa weszła już w ostatni etap prac, a ich zakończenie zaplanowano na grudzień 2005 r. Koszt inwestycji szacowany jest na blisko 50 mln zł.

Budowę hotelu na Mazurach rozpoczęto wiosną 2004 r. Wzgórza Dylewskie to ponad 10 tys. mkw. z 97 pokojami (88 w budynku głównym i 9 w Domu Leśnym — Kosmetycznym Instytucie Dr Irena Eris oraz SPA). Na zewnątrz umiejscowione będą również Rybakówka z grillem i miejscem na ognisko, a także Gospoda Sielanka, serwująca specjały kuchni staropolskiej.
