W trakcie 8 lat działalności firmy okazało się, że sprzedaż przecenionych, ale nowych i markowych ubrań, może stać się kurą znoszącą złote jaja. Klienci z entuzjazmem przyjęli mało popularną do tej pory w Polsce formę sprzedaży końcówek kolekcji znanych producentów o 30-80 proc. taniej niż w innych sklepach.

Obecnie sieć ma 24 sklepy prowadzone przez 21 właścicieli. Do końca 2005 roku powstanie około 5 nowych placówek. Najwięcej sklepów Okazji działa na Mazowszu i na Śląsku. Pozostałe rozsiane są w różnych miejscach Polski. Najmniejszy sklep liczy ok. 19 m2, a największy ma ok. 160 m2. Wielkość powierzchni nie jest jednak warunkiem priorytetowym przy doborze współpracowników. O wiele większe znaczenie ma dogodna lokalizacjia - najlepiej w miejscach o dużej rotacji klientów i przy ruchliwych ulicach.

Kiedy Mirosław Kamiński otwierał pierwszy sklep z końcówkami kolekcji markowej odzieży, nie spodziewał się, że wkrótce stanie się właścicielem sieci dobrze prosperujących outletów.

W trakcie 8 lat działalności firmy okazało się, że sprzedaż przecenionych, ale nowych i markowych ubrań, może stać się kurą znoszącą złote jaja. Klienci z entuzjazmem przyjęli mało popularną do tej pory w Polsce formę sprzedaży końcówek kolekcji znanych producentów o 30-80 proc. taniej niż w innych sklepach.

Obecnie sieć ma 24 sklepy prowadzone przez 21 właścicieli. Do końca 2005 roku powstanie około 5 nowych placówek. Najwięcej sklepów Okazji działa na Mazowszu i na Śląsku. Pozostałe rozsiane są w różnych miejscach Polski. Najmniejszy sklep liczy ok. 19 m2, a największy ma ok. 160 m2. Wielkość powierzchni nie jest jednak warunkiem priorytetowym przy doborze współpracowników. O wiele większe znaczenie ma dogodna lokalizacjia - najlepiej w miejscach o dużej rotacji klientów i przy ruchliwych ulicach.
