Firma Holmes Place została założona przez Allana Fishera w 1980 roku. Pierwszy klub otwarto w Londynie. Obecnie firma rozwija dwie sieci fitness klubów – Holmes Place oraz Shape Fitness Clubs. Holmes Place to ekskluzywne kluby odnowy i rekreacji, które zlokalizowane są w hotelach.
