To już kolejne przesunięcie daty otwarcia centrum handlowego, którego deweloperem jest ING Real Estate. Pierwotnym terminem była druga połowa 2005 roku. Ostatnie plany zakładały, że centrum zostanie oddane do użytku w listopadzie br. Okazało się jednak, że z przyczyn techniczno-budowlanych, zakupy w Złotych Tarasach będzie można robić dopiero w 2007 roku.
