Koncepcja Sphinxa opiera się na menu kuchni Bliskiego Wschodu. W restauracjach serwowane są dania mięsne, pizze, makarony, sałatki oraz desery. Restauracje Sphinxa zlokalizowane są w dużych oraz średnich miastach.
