Premio spełniło wszystkie warunki Polskiej Organizacji Franczyzodawców, której członkiem może zostać firma lub osoba będąca pracodawcą, spełniająca wymogi Kodeksu Etyki Franczyzy. Przedsiębiorca przystępujący do POF musi być franczyzodawcą lub organizatorem systemu agencyjnego, współpracującym z min. dwoma franczyzobiorcami lub agentami.
