Koniec 2007 roku to czas dużych zmian w Top Secret. Odzież tej marki, kierowana dotychczas głównie do młodzieży, ma obecnie trafiać do młodych, średniozamożnych mieszkańców miast, w tym przede wszystkim kobiet. W nowej kolekcji jesienno–zimowej pojawiły się np. garnitury i garsonki.

Wraz ze zmianą klienta docelowego, zmienić ma się także wystrój sklepów. Wnętrza mają być bardziej eleganckie, z dominującym kolorem pomarańczowym i wyposażeniem z naturalnych materiałów. Jeden ze sklepów (w Gliwicach) przeszedł już metamorfozę. Docelowo zmiana wystroju ma dotyczyć wszystkich 87 punktów (28 własnych i 59 franczyzowych).

Obok planów zmian wystroju i kolekcji, Redan planuje powiększenie liczby sklepów. Do końca 2009 r. ma powstać 95 nowych sklepów w tym 15 własnych. Pieniądze na inwestycje (20-30 mln zł) firma chce pozyskać na giełdzie.
