Czy w 2008 roku ceny nieruchomości będą spadać?
Spadek cen nieruchomości nie jest jednoznaczny. Ubiegły rok, a raczej jego druga połowa pokazała, iż ceny na rynku mieszkaniowym wyhamowały, a nawet nastąpiły niewielkie spadki – na poziomie 1-4 proc.
