Poprzedni zarząd POF w składzie: Sławomir Miłow, Marzena Wieczorek-Starczewska i Jacek Cabaj oraz Komisja Rewizyjna, której członkami byli Paweł Korobacz i Izabella Borowska uzyskali absolutorium z wykonania przez nich obowiązków.

Podczas zgromadzenia zostały wybrane na dwuletnią kadencję nowe władze POF. Powołano pięcioosobowy zarząd w składzie:

• Monika Dąbrowska (McDonald’s Polska) – prezes POF,
• Marzena Wieczorek-Starczewska (A.Blikle)- członek zarządu,
• Marta Grabowiecka-Zmorska (Provalliance Poland)- członek zarządu,
• Dorota Wiaderek - członek zarządu,
• Arkadiusz Słodkowski (PROFIT system)- członek zarządu.

oraz Komisję Rewizyjną w składzie:

• Paweł Korobacz (YES Biżuteria ),
• Izabella Borowska (Presto),
• Jacek Cabaj (TelePizza Poland).

Nowy zarząd spotka się na pierwszym posiedzeniu na początku maja br.
