W 2006 r. włoska grupa UniCredit, do której należą banki Pekao i BPH, zawarła ugodę z polskim rządem o niełączeniu obu banków. Jednak w ramach porozumienia ustalono, że Włosi odsprzedadzą część oddziałów BPH, a pozostałe włączą do Pekao.

Teraz, z nowym inwestorem, którym jest GE Money Bank, BPH liczy ponad 200 oddziałów własnych, a w najbliższych tygodniach zostanie otwartych sześć kolejnych. Do końca roku ma ich powstać ok. 40-50.

BPH ma także 50 placówek partnerskich i podtrzymuje swoją prognozę dotyczącą uruchamiania następnych. Do końca 2008 r. sieć ma liczyć 150 oddziałów na licencji.

Po przekazaniu w wyniku fuzji ponad połowy oddziałów bankowi Pekao, BPH odbudowuje swoją sieć. Równocześnie rozwija system licencyjny.

W 2006 r. włoska grupa UniCredit, do której należą banki Pekao i BPH, zawarła ugodę z polskim rządem o niełączeniu obu banków. Jednak w ramach porozumienia ustalono, że Włosi odsprzedadzą część oddziałów BPH, a pozostałe włączą do Pekao.

Teraz, z nowym inwestorem, którym jest GE Money Bank, BPH liczy ponad 200 oddziałów własnych, a w najbliższych tygodniach zostanie otwartych sześć kolejnych. Do końca roku ma ich powstać ok. 40-50.

BPH ma także 50 placówek partnerskich i podtrzymuje swoją prognozę dotyczącą uruchamiania następnych. Do końca 2008 r. sieć ma liczyć 150 oddziałów na licencji.
