Tylko w czerwcu MultiBank uruchomi pięć nowych centrów usług finansowych.
- Chociaż bankowość elektroniczna cieszy się rosnącą popularnością, klienci w dalszym ciągu oczekują możliwości bezpośredniego spotkania z doradcą finansowym, szczególnie w chwili podejmowania kluczowych decyzji np. o kupnie mieszkania i wzięciu kredytu hipotecznego - mówi Mariusz Drzewiecki odpowiedzialny za rozwój i sprzedaż w placówkach przyszłości MultiBanku. - Dlatego systematycznie rozwijamy sieć oddziałów. Rozwój sieci jest bowiem niezbędny dla banku, w którym doradztwo jest jednym z kluczowych wyróżników - dodaje.
W grudniu 2006 roku MultiBank posiadał 83 placówki, rok później 109, a na koniec pierwszego kwartału 2008 klienci mogli korzystać ze 113 centrów usług finansowych w całej Polsce. Do końca roku bank zamierza posiadać 136 placówek.
Pierwszą placówkę przyszłości, czyli oddział banku przygotowany pod kątem obsługi klientów z segmentu mass affluent (o dochodach indywidualnych powyżej 5 tys. zł miesięcznie), MultiBank uruchomił w 2007 roku. Nowe centra usług finansowych przeszły gruntowny lifting zarówno w zakresie aranżacji wnętrz jak i funkcjonalności. W każdej z placówek znajduje się strefa 24h, w której klienci mogą wpłacać i wypłacać gotówkę przez całą dobę, bez prowizji. Najistotniejszą zmianą z punktu widzenia klientów jest umieszczenie wszystkich stanowisk obsługi w przeszklonych pokojach, zapewniających intymność podczas rozmów o finansach.

- Chociaż bankowość elektroniczna cieszy się rosnącą popularnością, klienci w dalszym ciągu oczekują możliwości bezpośredniego spotkania z doradcą finansowym, szczególnie w chwili podejmowania kluczowych decyzji np. o kupnie mieszkania i wzięciu kredytu hipotecznego - mówi Mariusz Drzewiecki odpowiedzialny za rozwój i sprzedaż w placówkach przyszłości MultiBanku. - Dlatego systematycznie rozwijamy sieć oddziałów. Rozwój sieci jest bowiem niezbędny dla banku, w którym doradztwo jest jednym z kluczowych wyróżników - dodaje.
W grudniu 2006 roku MultiBank posiadał 83 placówki, rok później 109, a na koniec pierwszego kwartału 2008 klienci mogli korzystać ze 113 centrów usług finansowych w całej Polsce. Do końca roku bank zamierza posiadać 136 placówek.
Pierwszą placówkę przyszłości, czyli oddział banku przygotowany pod kątem obsługi klientów z segmentu mass affluent (o dochodach indywidualnych powyżej 5 tys. zł miesięcznie), MultiBank uruchomił w 2007 roku. Nowe centra usług finansowych przeszły gruntowny lifting zarówno w zakresie aranżacji wnętrz jak i funkcjonalności. W każdej z placówek znajduje się strefa 24h, w której klienci mogą wpłacać i wypłacać gotówkę przez całą dobę, bez prowizji. Najistotniejszą zmianą z punktu widzenia klientów jest umieszczenie wszystkich stanowisk obsługi w przeszklonych pokojach, zapewniających intymność podczas rozmów o finansach.
