Grupa Kościuszko operuje obecnie trzema gastronomicznymi markami na polskim rynku: Polskie Jadło, Ready&Go oraz Lanczowisko. Flagowych restauracji Polskiego Jadła (w tzw. segmencie premium) powstało dotychczas pięć. Jak przyznał na antenie TVN CNBC Biznes Jan Kościuszko, prezes Grupy Kościuszko, budowa tej sieci w Polsce dobiega końca.

- Rozwój w segmencie restauracji premium w Polsce jest już prawie zakończony. Stąd mamy plany pojawienia się na rynkach zagranicznych - mówił Jan Kościuszko.
