Proces fuzji dwóch firm ma się zakończyć w połowie roku. W jej efekcie na rynku pojawi się spółka działająca pod nazwą Metrohouse & Partnerzy. Docelowo nowa agencja nieruchomości planuje zadebiutować na warszawskiej Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych. Ma to nastąpić w perspektywie 2-3 lat.
Metrohouse, który rozwija sieć w systemie franczyzowym, posiada 20 placówek. Partnerzy Nieruchomości działają w 10 lokalizacji. Z nowo powstałą agencją będzie współpracować ok. 350 doradców. Sieć nadal będzie realizowała strategię rozwoju firmy poprzez uruchamianie placówek franczyzowych.
