Właściciel sklepów odzieżowych Ravel postanowił wzbogacić portfolio o nową markę – tym razem skierowaną wyłącznie do płci pięknej. Do rozwoju nowej marki Depare powołana została spółka celowa ZXC z siedzibą w Warszawie.
