Jak informuje Puls Biznesu we wrześniu Tesco zamierza otworzyć 16 supermarket w Polsce, 5 na Śląsku w Rudzie Śląskiej. Koszt inwestycji wyniesie 60 mln zł. Sala sprzedaży, galeria i zaplecze mają zająć łącznie około 13 tys. mkw. Powierzchni. Powierzchnia pasażu handlowego wyniesie 1,2 tys. mkw. Wszystkie trzynaście punktów w galerii zostało już wynajętych. Supermarket zapewni około 400 miejsc pracy.
