– O Akademii Bystrzak dowiedziałam się, gdy szukałam po pierwsze pomysłu na nową pracę, a po drugie ciekawych zajęć dla dwójki moich dzieci, 5-letniego Gabrysia i 3-letniej Leny – opowiada Anna Bełz z Bochni. – Oferta Bystrzaka wydała mi się najlepsza, ale był jeden problem. W mojej okolicy takiej akademii nie było.
Pomyślała, że może jest więcej mam, które zapisałyby dzieci na tego rodzaju zajęcia. Zrobiła krótkie rozeznanie wśród znajomych. Okazało się, że jest grupa zainteresowanych osób.
– Skontaktowałam się z właścicielką Akademii, Agnieszką Gorzyńską, i tak się zaczęło – mówi Anna Bełz. Jesienią 2014 roku w Bochni powstał franczyzowy oddział Akademii Bystrzak.

Licencja za darmo

Akademia Twórczego Rozwoju Bystrzak kieruje ofertę do dzieci w wieku od roku do 12 lat. Na zajęciach maluchy przeprowadzają eksperymenty, które pomagają im poznawać świat, trenują pamięć, koncentrację, asertywność, uczą się angielskiego, poznają polskie legendy. Wszystko w trakcie zabaw, dostosowanych do wieku kursantów i przy użyciu nowoczesnych technik pedagogicznych, jak np. mapy myślowe. Oprócz regularnych zajęć akademie Bystrzak organizują też urodzinowe imprezy tematyczne, kolonie i półkolonie. W tej chwili działa 35 akademii franczyzowych sieci oraz dwie własne.
– Współpracować z nami można w różnej formie – informuje Agnieszka Gorzyńska, właścicielka firmy. – Zakładając własną akademię, albo wprowadzając nasze zajęcia do oferty istniejących klubów dla dzieci, przedszkoli, szkół, a nawet szkół językowych. Większość placówek, które obejmujemy opieką, to akademie zaczynające od początku. Zauważamy natomiast, że nasz koncept jest coraz częściej doceniany przez szkoły językowe.

Franczyzobiorca Akademii Twórczego Rozwoju Bystrzak nie musi mieć wykształcenia pedagogicznego. Powinien jednak zatrudnić wykwalifikowaną kadrę z przygotowaniem pedagogicznym, od dwóch do czterech osób. Franczyzodawca organizuje szkolenia, w trakcie których trenerzy uczą się prowadzić zajęcia w poszczególnych grupach wiekowych, poznają w teorii i praktyce wszystkie metody, jakimi będą pracować z dziećmi. Dla franczyzobiorcy szkolenie jest bezpłatne, za trenera trzeba zapłacić 350 zł netto plus wyżywienie.

Trudny start, dobry finisz

Anna Bełz z wykształcenia jest pedagogiem, więc prowadzenie akademii było zgodne z jej predyspozycjami i zainteresowaniami.
– Pamiętam, że przez pierwsze kilka miesięcy po otwarciu nowego biznesu wstawałam bardzo wcześnie i późno kładłam się spać. Chciałam sama wszystkiego dopilnować, a wtedy pracowałam jeszcze na etacie, w placówce opiekuńczo-wychowawczej – wspomina.

Z tej pracy ostatecznie zrezygnowała.

– Teraz jest łatwiej. Zatrudniam dwie trenerki, bo sama nie dałabym rady poprowadzić wszystkich zajęć. Każdy wie, co należy do jego obowiązków, mamy ułożony plan dnia i tygodnia, plan celów do zrealizowania. A ja mam więcej czasu dla dzieci.

Do prowadzenia zajęć potrzebny jest lokal jedno lub dwusalowy. Przy jednosalowym wystarczy powierzchnia 40 m2, gdy są dwie sale – minimum 58 m2. Ważne, aby w lokalu znalazła się toaleta, sekretariat i miejsce na małą szatnię. Konieczne wyposażenie to wykładzina, poduszki do siedzenia i półki na materiały, sprzęt do sekretariatu. Na to potrzeba do 5 tys. zł. Do wydatków trzeba doliczyć jeszcze materiały dydaktyczne: podręczniki dla trenerów, tablice, plansze, karty wykorzystywane przez dzieci. Taki zestaw kupuje się raz, kosztuje 6,5 tys. zł netto. Miesięcznie franczyzobiorca płaci licencjonodawcy 590 zł opłaty franczyzowej. Na zakup bieżących materiałów, jak np. farby, odczynniki chemiczne do eksperymentów, trzeba wydać około 250 zł miesięcznie.
– Pracuję średnio sześć godzin dziennie. Plusem jest to, że sama ustalam sobie godziny pracy. Oczywiście zdarza się, że na załatwienie ważnych spraw muszę poświęcić cały dzień. Nie mam z tym jednak problemu. Robię to, co lubię, a swoim dzieciom wynagradzam nieobecność, biorąc później dzień wolnego – stwierdza Anna Bełz.

Anna Bełz zrezygnowała z pracy na etacie i założyła Akademię Twórczego Rozwoju Bystrzak. Dzięki temu łatwiej jej łączyć życie zawodowe z opieką nad dziećmi.

– O Akademii Bystrzak dowiedziałam się, gdy szukałam po pierwsze pomysłu na nową pracę, a po drugie ciekawych zajęć dla dwójki moich dzieci, 5-letniego Gabrysia i 3-letniej Leny – opowiada Anna Bełz z Bochni. – Oferta Bystrzaka wydała mi się najlepsza, ale był jeden problem. W mojej okolicy takiej akademii nie było.
Pomyślała, że może jest więcej mam, które zapisałyby dzieci na tego rodzaju zajęcia. Zrobiła krótkie rozeznanie wśród znajomych. Okazało się, że jest grupa zainteresowanych osób.
– Skontaktowałam się z właścicielką Akademii, Agnieszką Gorzyńską, i tak się zaczęło – mówi Anna Bełz. Jesienią 2014 roku w Bochni powstał franczyzowy oddział Akademii Bystrzak.

Licencja za darmo

Akademia Twórczego Rozwoju Bystrzak kieruje ofertę do dzieci w wieku od roku do 12 lat. Na zajęciach maluchy przeprowadzają eksperymenty, które pomagają im poznawać świat, trenują pamięć, koncentrację, asertywność, uczą się angielskiego, poznają polskie legendy. Wszystko w trakcie zabaw, dostosowanych do wieku kursantów i przy użyciu nowoczesnych technik pedagogicznych, jak np. mapy myślowe. Oprócz regularnych zajęć akademie Bystrzak organizują też urodzinowe imprezy tematyczne, kolonie i półkolonie. W tej chwili działa 35 akademii franczyzowych sieci oraz dwie własne.
– Współpracować z nami można w różnej formie – informuje Agnieszka Gorzyńska, właścicielka firmy. – Zakładając własną akademię, albo wprowadzając nasze zajęcia do oferty istniejących klubów dla dzieci, przedszkoli, szkół, a nawet szkół językowych. Większość placówek, które obejmujemy opieką, to akademie zaczynające od początku. Zauważamy natomiast, że nasz koncept jest coraz częściej doceniany przez szkoły językowe.

Franczyzobiorca Akademii Twórczego Rozwoju Bystrzak nie musi mieć wykształcenia pedagogicznego. Powinien jednak zatrudnić wykwalifikowaną kadrę z przygotowaniem pedagogicznym, od dwóch do czterech osób. Franczyzodawca organizuje szkolenia, w trakcie których trenerzy uczą się prowadzić zajęcia w poszczególnych grupach wiekowych, poznają w teorii i praktyce wszystkie metody, jakimi będą pracować z dziećmi. Dla franczyzobiorcy szkolenie jest bezpłatne, za trenera trzeba zapłacić 350 zł netto plus wyżywienie.

Trudny start, dobry finisz

Anna Bełz z wykształcenia jest pedagogiem, więc prowadzenie akademii było zgodne z jej predyspozycjami i zainteresowaniami.
– Pamiętam, że przez pierwsze kilka miesięcy po otwarciu nowego biznesu wstawałam bardzo wcześnie i późno kładłam się spać. Chciałam sama wszystkiego dopilnować, a wtedy pracowałam jeszcze na etacie, w placówce opiekuńczo-wychowawczej – wspomina.

Z tej pracy ostatecznie zrezygnowała.

– Teraz jest łatwiej. Zatrudniam dwie trenerki, bo sama nie dałabym rady poprowadzić wszystkich zajęć. Każdy wie, co należy do jego obowiązków, mamy ułożony plan dnia i tygodnia, plan celów do zrealizowania. A ja mam więcej czasu dla dzieci.

Do prowadzenia zajęć potrzebny jest lokal jedno lub dwusalowy. Przy jednosalowym wystarczy powierzchnia 40 m2, gdy są dwie sale – minimum 58 m2. Ważne, aby w lokalu znalazła się toaleta, sekretariat i miejsce na małą szatnię. Konieczne wyposażenie to wykładzina, poduszki do siedzenia i półki na materiały, sprzęt do sekretariatu. Na to potrzeba do 5 tys. zł. Do wydatków trzeba doliczyć jeszcze materiały dydaktyczne: podręczniki dla trenerów, tablice, plansze, karty wykorzystywane przez dzieci. Taki zestaw kupuje się raz, kosztuje 6,5 tys. zł netto. Miesięcznie franczyzobiorca płaci licencjonodawcy 590 zł opłaty franczyzowej. Na zakup bieżących materiałów, jak np. farby, odczynniki chemiczne do eksperymentów, trzeba wydać około 250 zł miesięcznie.
– Pracuję średnio sześć godzin dziennie. Plusem jest to, że sama ustalam sobie godziny pracy. Oczywiście zdarza się, że na załatwienie ważnych spraw muszę poświęcić cały dzień. Nie mam z tym jednak problemu. Robię to, co lubię, a swoim dzieciom wynagradzam nieobecność, biorąc później dzień wolnego – stwierdza Anna Bełz.
