Hiszpańska marka Desigual stawia na modę w niekonwencjonalnym stylu. Charakterystyczne hafty i wzory ubrań uchodzą za nietypowe dla sieciowych konceptów odzieżowych. Podobnie jest z wystrojem wnętrz sklepów, w których dominują oryginalne rozwiązanie aranżacyjne, jak np. butelki na suficie, kolorowe dywany i ściany. Salony powstają w miastach powyżej 100 tys. mieszkańców.

Pod szyldem Desigual działają trzy jednostki franczyzowe oraz cztery własne. Sieć ma też dwa punkty typu easy corner, czyli kąciki sprzedaży dostępne w sklepach multibrandowych. W lutym koncept powiększył się  o sklep franczyzowy w gdyńskim centrum handlowym Riviera. Lokal ma 94 m2.
– W drugiej połowie 2016 roku przygotowujemy się do otwarcia jeszcze jednego sklepu – zapowiada Magdalena Więcław-Pettke z sieci Desigual.

Aby przyspieszyć rozwój sieci i zachęcić do współpracy nowych franczyzobiorców, franczyzodawca postanowił obniżyć kwotę inwestycji, jaką trzeba ponieść w celu urządzenia lokalu. Wcześniej wynosiła ona 750 euro za m2, teraz – 500 euro. Oprócz wydatków na aranżację wnętrza franczyzobiorca ponosi też koszty zatowarowania. W przeciwieństwie do większości franczyz modowych Desigual nie stosuje modelu depozytowego – franczyzobiorcy kupują towar na własny rachunek.
– Kwota pierwszego zatowarowania kalkulowana jest indywidualnie dla każdego punktu. Sklepy stają się rentowne po sześciu miesiącach, natomiast zwrot zainwestowanych środków ma miejsce po trzech latach – mówi Magdalena Więcław-Pettke.

Aby otworzyć nowy sklep Desigual, trzeba dysponować lokalem o powierzchni 80-120 m2. Franczyzodawcy zależy na otwarciach w topowych lokalizacjach miejskich. Najczęściej są to galerie handlowe.

Jak wynika z Raportu o franczyzie w Polsce PROFIT system, na koniec 2015 roku nad Wisłą działało 151 sieci franczyzowych z branży odzieżowej – o trzy więcej niż rok wcześniej. Zrzeszały one blisko 3,7 tys. punktów sprzedaży. Koszty inwestycji w placówkę franczyzową w branży modowej wzrosły o 29,7 tys. zł do 253,7 tys. zł netto. To przede wszystkim efekt wejścia na polski rynek nowych marek luksusowych.

Franczyzodawca obniża kwotę inwestycji w sklep swojej marki. To sposób na przyciągnięcie większej liczby franczyzobiorców.

Hiszpańska marka Desigual stawia na modę w niekonwencjonalnym stylu. Charakterystyczne hafty i wzory ubrań uchodzą za nietypowe dla sieciowych konceptów odzieżowych. Podobnie jest z wystrojem wnętrz sklepów, w których dominują oryginalne rozwiązanie aranżacyjne, jak np. butelki na suficie, kolorowe dywany i ściany. Salony powstają w miastach powyżej 100 tys. mieszkańców.

Pod szyldem Desigual działają trzy jednostki franczyzowe oraz cztery własne. Sieć ma też dwa punkty typu easy corner, czyli kąciki sprzedaży dostępne w sklepach multibrandowych. W lutym koncept powiększył się  o sklep franczyzowy w gdyńskim centrum handlowym Riviera. Lokal ma 94 m2.
– W drugiej połowie 2016 roku przygotowujemy się do otwarcia jeszcze jednego sklepu – zapowiada Magdalena Więcław-Pettke z sieci Desigual.

Aby przyspieszyć rozwój sieci i zachęcić do współpracy nowych franczyzobiorców, franczyzodawca postanowił obniżyć kwotę inwestycji, jaką trzeba ponieść w celu urządzenia lokalu. Wcześniej wynosiła ona 750 euro za m2, teraz – 500 euro. Oprócz wydatków na aranżację wnętrza franczyzobiorca ponosi też koszty zatowarowania. W przeciwieństwie do większości franczyz modowych Desigual nie stosuje modelu depozytowego – franczyzobiorcy kupują towar na własny rachunek.
– Kwota pierwszego zatowarowania kalkulowana jest indywidualnie dla każdego punktu. Sklepy stają się rentowne po sześciu miesiącach, natomiast zwrot zainwestowanych środków ma miejsce po trzech latach – mówi Magdalena Więcław-Pettke.

Aby otworzyć nowy sklep Desigual, trzeba dysponować lokalem o powierzchni 80-120 m2. Franczyzodawcy zależy na otwarciach w topowych lokalizacjach miejskich. Najczęściej są to galerie handlowe.

Jak wynika z Raportu o franczyzie w Polsce PROFIT system, na koniec 2015 roku nad Wisłą działało 151 sieci franczyzowych z branży odzieżowej – o trzy więcej niż rok wcześniej. Zrzeszały one blisko 3,7 tys. punktów sprzedaży. Koszty inwestycji w placówkę franczyzową w branży modowej wzrosły o 29,7 tys. zł do 253,7 tys. zł netto. To przede wszystkim efekt wejścia na polski rynek nowych marek luksusowych.
