Zakaz określania zasad wynagradzania osób zarządzających w imieniu pracodawcy zakładem pracy (art. 24126 § 2 kp) nie dotyczy regulaminu, który zachował moc na podstawie art. 8 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 września 1994 r. o zmianie ustawy – Kodeks pracy oraz o zmianie niektórych ustaw (Dz.
