Czy można mieć sukces i nie mieć pieniędzy?
Wychodzi, że tak. Gdy się wydaje więcej, niż się zarabia, jak ja, to wtedy się tworzą długi. Jestem już co prawda blisko ich spłacenia. Naprawdę jestem z siebie dumny, zwłaszcza że nie tylko oddaję stare zobowiązania, ale i utrzymuję małą stadninę mojej byłej żony, a jednak starcza mi na swoje potrzeby.

Przegryź jest znany z tego, że odwiedzają go osoby znane, zwłaszcza dziennikarze. Czy taki właśnie miał być klient?
Nie, myśmy nie wiedzieli, dla kogo chcemy tę knajpę robić. Oczywiście dla siebie, ale kto ma być jej klientem, to nie myśleliśmy. Nie mieliśmy nawet policzone, ile trzeba zebrać dziennie ze stolika, aby biznes był opłacalny. To nie było myślenie w tych kategoriach. Myśmy zakładali, że jak będziemy gotować smacznie, zdrowo i w miarę tanio, to klient przyjdzie. No i przyszedł. Ale to, że przychodzą dziennikarze, to dopiero niedawno się zrobiło.
