Jak informuje Rzeczpospolita około 50 mln zł z budżetu otrzyma w 2002 r. Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości na programy pomocowe adresowane do małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. W porównaniu z ubiegłoroczną pulą, tegoroczna będzie mniejsza o 14 mln zł. I choć agencja nie dysponuje jeszcze obiecaną sumą, można już zabiegać o dotacje.

Zakres oferowanej pomocy, tzn. działania, na które można otrzymać dotacje, jest taki sam jak w ubiegłym roku. Finansowa pomoc przysługuje na: wdrażanie systemów zgodnych z międzynarodowymi normami ISO, korzystanie z bezpłatnych i dofinansowywanych usług szkoleniowo-doradczych, wchodzenie na nieurzędowy, regulowany rynek papierów wartościowych oraz realizację działań związanych z rozwojem przedsiębiorczości.
